News and Updates

2007 06 25 - Why are things quiet.

The more astute of you will have noticed that photography-of-rock.com hasn't been updated for a while now. This is because all my work has been going into a new project with 2 friends. Together we are Acuity Images the greatest music photo agency on the South Coast... At the moment there's over 2000 of my photos live on the site with the other two guys coming soon. I'm working through galleries.photography-of-rock.com setting up redirects to the relevant pages on Acuity Images so by the end of the week most pages should be redirecting across. The only thing left to get sorted on Acuity Images is the festival shots. If I'm not shooting at Sanctuary this weekend I'll sort that out then. For now just head over to Acuity Images and check out the new images, especially the Gallows and Head Automatica from last week.

2006 11 13 - DKL, BRS, BMTH and a f*&t up car

Seven bands in two nights isn’t bad going and thoroughly enjoyable bands they were too.

A couple of problems though. First off I have no idea what the two bands who supported Bring me the horizon were called. And I don’t think they’re listed correctly on the joinerslive website. So if you know who the bands were please drop me an email so i can correct their entries. and secondly some git drove into my car while it was parked outside the nexus on Wednesday night and didn’t leave a note or anything. so now I gotta scour some scrap yards for a new wing mirror and other bits and pieces. As I said Git!

Anyway enjoy the photos.

2006 11 03 - Youth Movies and the Hedrons

Earlier this week I shot both Youth Movies and the Hedrons, two completely different nights, Youth Movies was very busy and I was the only photographer there. The Hedrons was surprisingly quite, too quite for such a good band, but there were 3 photographers there… LOL

Check out the photos at the links below.
